An unknown quantity of the $5 card were
printed with faulty barcodes on the reverse. Because of this Telecom
sent out a correct barcode card for vendors to use when selling the
card.
Below are the faulty and corrected barcodes and the reader card. The
error is at the beginning of the barcode, it has 2 lines instead of 3.
