There were two versions of this card, ADCB (2nd Back) and ADDB (4th Back).
10,000 of this card were given to Telecom Staff in a Staff Brochure, entitled "Review Of 1993-94 Year", illustrated below..
1,000 were issued to shareholders at the AGM.
A Folder, identified with the words Collectors Edition on the reverse, was given away with the 4,000 Year Of The Family Collector Packs,
and a further Folder, identified with the words International Collectors Edition on the reverse, was given away with the 2,000 Year Of The Family International Collector Packs.
The cards in these two folders were overprinted on the reverse with Collector Issue 1994, and International Collector Issue 1994, respectively.
