One Thousand sets using the first 1,000 numbers from AA
01 000001 to AA 01 001000 were produced. Each note in the set had the same
serial number. Of these 1,000 sets, only 491 were sold. They came in a plastic folder, shown below, complete with a detail card, and each note in a clear fan-fold sleeve. |
