It was originally intended to produce 10,000 of this card for inclusion in a Pack, but it would appear that only 5,000 were issued, even though the Pack states 10,000 on the reverse. No cards have been sighted with serial numbers above 5,000, so it is likely that the remainder of the cards were destroyed.
This card was included in the Smart Phonecard Folder, supposedly representing the last magnetic card issued, but this was not the case.
