This card was available in an NRMA Folder. The Folder was part of a Gift Pack. The Gift Pack contained a folder which held the NRMA Phonecard, and a prepaid voucher for 12 months membership to the organisation.
It is believed that the NRMA subsequently acquired another 2,000 phonecards from Telstra to give to its employees. These cards are in the range 3,000 to 5,000.
