PAY-TEL PHONECARDS	This website was created in 1996 and has taken nearly 30 years of hard work to provide information for fellow collectors. Unfortunately, it is not good enough for one novice collector, Ben Green, who has decided to create his own website and in doing so, has cut and pasted the majority of his information and images direct from this site.
