Pink Stitching was used for the binding.

Approximately 10% of the booklets issued were tropical with wax interleaving.

There are versions that had staples for binding instead of stitching.

These booklets where the first to have Edition Numbers printed on them.

B62 had two insert pages and the Edition Number was printed on the outside of the back cover.

B64 had three insert pages and the Edition Number was printed on the inside of the back cover.
