While there would appear to be an  overprint for this Prestige Booklet, it is in fact an entirely new booklet produced by Australia Post.

The original booklet was used and additional print regarding the 300th Bulletin has been added to the cover during the reprint. Also added were two extra pages at the front of the booklet. The first talking about the 300th issue and the second page containing a block of 4 stamps, not present in the original booklet. In adding these pages, the price also went from $12.95 to $24.94. This new booklet is a numbered version and limited to 3,000 copies.
