The second of each had a purchase price 10% higher than the normal price and
this was shown on the cover.
These booklets were sold in non-post office
outlets, thereby allowing the vendor to collect a commission on the sale.

New Zealand Post Training School created these booklets
for training purposes. The 30c stamps have replaced the 25c stamps and have
black vertical bars to indicate they are training stamps. The front cover
has also been manually changed. |
