Alan Morrison was a vocalist originally from Dunedin. Alan had previously been a member of the Embassy Six.

In 1964 he recorded a single on the Joe Brown label. Alan, spelt with two L's on the label, recorded the single with the Miracles.

Later that year saw a move to the Zodiac label, where he recorded two singles.
